CLEVELAND -- Whether you're a packrat or keep your documents and personal information in meticulous order, there comes a time when you need to get rid of some of that paperwork.

By shredding those documents, you can reduce the opportunity for someone to steal critical personal information.

The Better Business Bureau is holding a Shred Day this month to make it easier to protect yourself.

The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Rad Air Complete Car Care in Westlake.

You can bring your documents to Rad Air, located at 27051 Detroit Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Your old documents will be shredded on site by All Ohio Secure Shred. There will be a two-bag limit per person.
